Who am I?
My name is Naomi Jane Adams and Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Creative from London and The Cotswolds. It’s been a life long dream of mine to visit Antarctica and finally this dream is becoming a realisation when I head to the end of the world with Albatros Expeditions in January 2024.
After speaking with many of you online and in person I know that Antartica is also a bucket list dream for you too, with that said I’ve managed to arrange with the team some very special discounts to join me on my expedition or one of the other dates and itineraries.

- What is an expedition cruise?
Our voyages are carefully designed to engage your heart, mind, and spirit throughout the journey. For this reason, each program includes days full of activities such as Zodiac excursions and landings at various locations. We also offer activities such as kayaking, hiking, and snowshoeing as well as onboard activities while at sea, such as lectures, workshops, and wildlife spotting.
- What is included? Do I have to pay for any extras?
The price above is per person in American Dollars. It includes accommodation in a sea-view stateroom, full board, unlimited tea and coffee, daily shore landings, lectures, parka, and boot rentals (Parka is only available for Antarctic departures). Flight tickets, pre-departure accommodations, optional excursions, and hotel gratuities are not included.
- What are the COVID requirements?
We no longer require guests to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or to test negative for Covid-19 to join voyages onboard the vessels of Albatros Expeditions.
- Does the trip include airfares?
We appreciate that people traveling to polar regions are big travelers, and many visitors often add on a trip around the regions and travel for a much longer time. As such, we are offering this as a cruise-only trip. In certain departures to Svalbard and Greenland, we offer a charter flight (see "Inclusions" of the specific departures for more info")
- How many people will be on board?
The maximum capacity of our X-bow vessel is 174 but we sail with an average of 150 people on board. This allows us to provide a true small-scale-expedition experience, with an industry-leading 1:8 guide-to-guest ratio.
- Can I book with a travel agent?
You are welcome to do so, however, the price through the partnership with Naomi is a special, last-minute offer and cannot be combined with any other offers.

South Shetland and Antarctic Peninsula, Crossing the Circle
On this 11-day inspiring cruise, we explore the Great White Continent's magnificent landscapes, glacial mountains, and incredible wildlife before reaching 66°33′ – the Antarctic Circle.
Enjoy the calming silence and alluring beauty of the Antarctic mainland during hikes and Zodiac excursions. Spread in isolation along the coast, we also see a number of manned and unmanned research stations, which we aim to visit before accomplishing our goal – crossing the Antarctic Circle at 66°33′ south. Here, the sun is up for 24-hours a day during the austral summer. Our expedition may include visits to sites such as Pleneau and Petermann Islands, Crystal Sound and Fish Island.
