Marc Hébert
Marc had the itch for the great outdoors right from the start. He took a leap of faith over two decades ago to join this passion to his career and got an opportunity to start on the Athabasca glacier at the Columbia Icefield in 2000. From there doors have opened up, meeting friends and contacts, he was able to expand his experiences in many fields such as rafting, guiding dog sledding journeys, outings in the tundra of Churchill to find polar bears and many more… He also had the privilege to work across the Arctic/Antarctic as a zodiac driver for many years…
Safety being a priority, he has been certified as a emergency medical responder with the Alberta college of Paramedic and has taking many courses such as crevasses rescue, swift white water rescue, avalanche awareness and other such certifications to implement prevention and care. Residing in the Yukon Territory, taking any opportunity to smell the roses and sharing is passion, on or off work!
